TrueHomeTech is located in Ohio, US but we operate as an online store only.

We currently have warehouse/shipping facilities in the US, Europe, & China. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you but if we are unable to do so due to limited stock, your order will be shipped from our main warehouse in China.

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide!

We generally take 1-3 business days to process our orders and co-ordinate with our warehouse and shipping departments.

US - estimated delivery time of 5-7 days. Although the order usually arrives faster than this, certain things like delays at customs or processing time can effect delivery time.
Rest of the world - For all other countries, the delivery times vary between 10-30 days.
